Machine Function

1. SCM IC coordinates light-touch panel to compile programmable actions.

2. Auto 4-digit conter built-in to calculate printing quantity

3. Airframes adopts aluminum casting and with metal coating surface

4. Double cylinders up& down structures ensures printing precisions and stability

5. Left & right stroke, squeegee and ink tool positions could be adjusted

6. Pneumatic squeegee constant pressure device ensures the pressure stability during processing.

7. Gear motor with synchronous belt drive sliding left and right, photoelectric switch control about tranverse stroke

8. Frequency transformer adjusts the left & right sliding speed.

9. Sliding guide adopts precise linear guide rail to left and right, up and down

10. Fine worktables with suction holes, equal topowerful vacuum adsorption, ensure accurate multi-color chromatography

11. Work table is equipped with emergency stop device to prevent pinching hand
