1. The screen up/down lifting is driven by cylinder, combined with high precision linear guide rail,  screen frame up/down lifting adopts guide column,which improve the stability and accuracy of printing.

2. The printing base frame adopts stepping motor, which enable machine for fast operation, accurate positioning and digital setting of stroke / speed / direction.

3. The machine frame adopts cast aluminum. The tool holder is guided by air cylinder and guide rail, which is stable and smooth working. The scraper and ink knife are formed by integrated aluminum, which has the advantages of simple structure, convenient use and stable performance.

4.The rotary table is driven by Taiwan precision cam splitter, with which has accurate repeated positioning, fast speed. The product positioning is accurate to prevent the product from loosening during rotation. The turntable is integrally formed and processed from cast aluminum.The structure is stable, the rigidity is superior, and the flatness accuracy of the table top is 0.05mm.

5. Mechanical hand can be configured to reduce productivity and improve production efficiency. And the machine could be connected with the production line as per customer requirement.

6.Machine adopts advanced PLC and interface digital control , could set a variety of functions and operating parameters, which is conducive to Operation data, standardization and humanization.

7. Safety pole and safety light curtain can be installed to carefully protect the personal safety of the operator.

8. The oil-free filtered water pressure regulating group does not produce exhaust oil mist pollution and is suitable for use in dust-free rooms.

9. The function program sets the storage function, keeps the memory, and is convenient for next use.
