Automatic Hot Stamping Machine for Paper Card

1. The automatic hot stamping machine adopted PLC control, touch screen interface ,easy to operate with one person only, easy operation for datamation and fault feedback.

2. Servo motor cylinder control, sensor reset accurately and accuracy could be controlled in +/-0.02mm.

3. The stamping machine requires only 10 mins for debugging test, which is easily and fast for operation.

4. During stamping process, the suction plate is always fixed to keep uniformity force exertion and in avoid of shifting position.

5. Stack all paper/box in the rack shelf, feeding system will work automatically

6. While feeding paper, three cylinders (both sides and one face position) will enable feeding paper exquisitely.

7. Foil Stamping pressure, temperature and time could be adjusted. 8. The feeding guide could be adjusted. 9. Foil stamping platen could be worked up and down automatically.

10. With safety protection function, it could automatic stop any operation while danger approaching. ‘

• Pneumatic control the heating plate to move up and down. Electrical relay control foil stamping time and film reeling time. The heating plate could be replaced. This foil stamping machine requires air compressor.
