How to Print Balloon Via This Two Colors Automatic Screen Printing Machine for Balloon and What Needs to be Used?

Machine is whole assembled while unpack it. It could be applied to use directly, just remind to use below

1.While 300 mesh screen is generally recommended for latex balloon machine printing, other special balloons such as vacuum and advertising balloons can be adjusted if the pattern printing is not affected.

2. Screen frame generally used aluminum, the screen bonding fixed in the frame, the size of the frame depends on the size of the printed pattern.

3.While using rubber Scraper, usually it should be 30mm-35mm distance from each end of frame ,which ensure the screen can have sufficient flexibility.

3.During printing, the balloon should be fully blown until it is pressed down to the lowest point of the printing frame without exploding. In order to achieve good printing results, the position of the pattern in the screen frame after pressing should be in safe contact with the surface of the balloon. Due to the surface pressure of the balloon during printing, the screen will be further concave. The printing squeegee and ink squeegee can be adjusted to be in contact with the screen, and excessive pressure on the squeegee can easily damage the screen.

What Kind of Ink Should be Used for balloon Printing?

Printing ink usually uses latex ink. Once you tell the ink supplier and inform them the balloon material, they could offer the right ink. If the ink is too thick, it can be mixed with 10% -20% boiling water (diluent) to make the printed pattern clear without sticking to the screen frame. We also sell the ink for balloon.
