The working procedure of Two Colors Balloon Screen Printing Machine involves several stages to ensure efficient and high-quality printing. Here's a step-by-step illustration of the process

1.Preparation and Loading: Before starting, the machine is prepared with the appropriate screens installed for each color. These screens have the desired designs onto them, ready to transfer ink onto the balloons.

2. Machine with balloon inflating system. Workers attach the balloons to the special holder and it will automatically inflate and move to printing station

3. Alignment and Registration: The machine uses  precise mechanical adjustments to align the balloon perfectly under the first printing head. This ensures that the first color is printed in the right position, crucial for multi-color designs.

4.First Color Printing: Once aligned, the first printing head lowers onto the balloon, and ink is pushed through the mesh screen using a squeegee, transferring the design onto the balloon's surface. The ink used is specifically formulated for balloon material and fast dry,  to adhere well and resist fading or peeling.

5.Second Color Alignment and Printing: The balloon then moves to the second printing station, where another set of alignment checks occur to ensure perfect registration of the second color with the first. The second color is then printed in a similar fashion
