The functions and features of this machine:

The machine is equipped with rotating drying platform with size 40*60cm, drying platformusing nickel plated steel ; The height can be adjusted within 4 cm;

1.The heating tubes adopts 3000w stainless steel heating tubes ,high heating efficiency,it can normally be used for about 10000 hours.
2.The size of drying box is 60*45cm.
3.The temperature can be achieved by adjusting the height of the drying box.
4.The drying box can move 37cm from top to bottom.
5.The bottom of the dryer is 68cm distant from the ground, the highest can be adjust to 100cm.
6.The back of the heating pipe is hot aluminum plate, its thermal efficiency is higher.
7.The bottom is equipped with casters , it can move arbitrary.
8.Prepare for the full set installation tools, test thermometer and installation instructions.
The machine adopts inteligent instrument temperature control system to adjust the temperature;when reach the drying temperature,the instrument will automatically turn onand off to remain the drying temperament;save electricity 30%-60%.

Six heating tubes are divided into three groups of separate control,use a single group.combined use.

Mainly equipped with screen printing machine,drying the product during the printing,improve the efficiency of printing

How to use:
1.Move the dryer heating box to the top of the drying platform, turn on the power, start the heating.
2.Place the thermometer probe in the middle of the platform to start temperature measurement.
3.Observe the temperature showed in the thermometer after 15 minutes;
If the temperature is too high;Adjust the height of the drying box ,if the temperature is too low,shorten the height of the dryinig box with the platform to achieve the proper temperature.
Test reference data:( following data is just for reference )

For example we set the substrates needed for drying temperature is 180 C (356 F);Move the dryer heating box to the top of the drying platform, bottom of the drying box is3cm distant from the drying platform, turn on the 5 heat tubes, start the heating.Set the instrument to "60" (the number is not temperature display, it represent the hierarchical data when set temperature control)
Place the themmometer probe in the middle of the platfom to start temperature measurement,Observe the temperature showed in the thermometer after 15 minutes :If the temperature is too high; Adjust the instrument settings to reduce a level as the "50".Or raise the drying box 2-4 cm; Observe the thermometer display; When the temperaturereach 180 C (356F); Adjustment of low temperature is just the same way;
