As the text and image Screen Printing Machine, it happens some breakdown in the daily working procedure. How to deal with the common breakdown? Below we will introduce several troubles and the solutions to Screen Printing Machine.

The first: For semi automatic screen printing machine,machine start working without stepping foot switch .Most of these breakdown is due to the damage to foot swith or short circuit to foot swith socket, the other reason is the problem to munual start button.

Solution: replace the switch, socket, switch or open to repair the damaged parts.

Second: the pedal switch slide down while starting the semi-automatic working and rise after loosing . This phenomenon is usually happened because of left proximity switch of vertical slide damage or line broken.

Solution: replace the proximity switch or connection line

Third: while starting semi-automatic working of stepping on the pedal switch, the switch vertically slide down and printing stuck after sliding to left. This breakdown is caused by the induction to left proximity switch or the stuck to the micro switch inside the pedal switch

Solution: fix the proximity switch induction or replace it, repair or replace the micro switch inside the pedal switch

Fourth: while starting semi-automatic working of stepping on the pedal switch, the vertical slide move down to left side, but could not move to right . This phenomenon happpens because the proximity switch to upper left part of vertical slide does not have induction or has problem to the switch

Solution: adjust the above proximity switch induction or replace proximity switch

Fifth: after the switching action, the slide is rising slow. For this kind of problem, we need to check the electromagnetic valve obstruction or electromagnetic valve malfunction.

Solution: remove the solenoid valve to clean or replace the good one

Sixth: manual, semi-auto action are stopped, but the power is on. Reasons for such breakdown : low voltage fuse, no air to enter, the electromagnetic valve are damaged.

Solution: change the low-voltage fuse, check whether the pressure up to 4-7kg/cm, the chance of solenoid valve malfunction is very small, mostly the line are broken

Seventh: automatic, semi auto action start but could not move down . Reasons for such breakdown: proximity switch to right side of slide has not induction or has problem, option switch breakdown or single switch chain damage

Solution: adjust the induction to proximity switch or replace the right proximity switch, replace or repair the select switch and single switch.

Eighth: could not start the automatic action, such breakdown is caused by the closed micro switch of up/down cylinder, contact cannot be conducted or timer damage

Solution: repair or replace microswitch, replce timer

Ninth: the work table is not inhaling, the reasons :suction motor burned, contactor control motor damage, air motor rotating, but control of suction electromagnetic valve is broken, suction switch is damaged.

Solution: repair or replacement.

Tenth: the work table is not inhaling because of the suction control solenoid valve is damaged or internal damage.

Solution: repair or replacement.

Eleventh: vertical slide is moving up slowly, reason is that the vertical slide bearing is without oil or cylinder piston is worn, magnetic axis of the bending impact.

Solution: supply the oil, replace the piston, adjust the axis.
